I bought this Canada Goose jacket expecting it to be my go-to winter coat, especially with how much they make it sound like you’re getting comfort, quality, and something practical for everyday wear. It is definitely warm, I’ll give it that, but nobody really mentions how heavy it feels once you’ve had it on for a few hours. My shoulders were tired by the end of the day.

It’s also super bulky, which gets annoying fast. Sitting in the car, running errands, even just moving around normally feels more awkward than it should. For the price, I feel like they promise this premium, effortless experience, and it just didn’t live up to that for me. Not the worst jacket ever, but definitely not something I’d want to wear every day.

The jacket itself feels nice and the quality seems fine, but the color is way different than it looked online. In person it’s a lot duller and darker, not really what I thought I was getting. For the price, I’m kinda dissapointed.

I tried to exchange a jacket and honestly... it turned into way more hassle than it should’ve been. The replies were slow, the steps weren’t clear, and I’m still waiting on my refund. Just really frustrating overall. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from canadagoose.com again.

I bought my parka from Canada Goose a few winters back, while I was in a fed-up mood about being cold all the time. It wasn’t cheap, but it’s still holding up really well. The zippers, stitching, and cuffs are all in good shape even after lots of snow and regular daily wear. The durability has been totally worth it for me.

I’ve only had this for about a month and the feathers are already coming out all over the place. I barely even wore it, and now I’m finding down on my clothes and around a house. Disappointing for the jacket I thought would last longer.

The jacket is definitely warm and it looks good, so I wanted to like it more. But the zipper is such a pain. It catches almost every time I try to zip it, and sometimes I’m standing there messing with it like I’m being passed around by the jacket itself before it finally works. For what it costs, I expected the zipper to be much smoother. It’s fine once it’s on, but using it every day gets frustrating.

I did end up getting it, but the whole process was slow. i felt kind of stupid for trusting them and expecting things to go more smoothly.

This did exactly what I needed it to do. Rain and wind stayed out, which is the main thing, so no complaints there. It is a bit bulky though, like suspiciously bulky… almost like Big Jacket wants us all walking around looking like padded marshmallows. Still, it works, and I stayed dry, so I’ll allow it.

I got my Canada Goose jacket the pockets might be my favorite part. They’re deep enough to hold my phone, keys, and gloves without everything feeling like it’s gonna fall out. The inside pocket is super handy too, especially when I’m out walking and don’t wanna bring a bag. It sounds like a small thing, but in winter, it really does make a big difference.

When I got it, the first thing I did was check the tags because I wanted to make sure everything looked legit. From what I can tell, it looks real and the tags checked out fine. Overall, I’m happy with it.

The tracking worked fine overall, even though it didn’t update for about a day, which had me wondering for a minute if it was stuck somewhere. But it started moving again and arrived without any issue. The box was in good shape and the jacket was packed nicely too. I’m giving 4 stars because, yes, the tracking could be a little more detailed, but the delivery itself was reliable, and that’s what matters...

I noticed a pattern with this kind of item where my usual size can feel a bit snug, so I decided to size up this time. Glad I did, because it fits much better and feels way more comfortable.

The box showed up a bit dented, which had me worried at first. My brother even noticed it when I brought it inside, but thankfully the item itself was totally fine and worked as expected.

The jacket looks nice and fits fine, but the warmth has been a letdown. I wore it on a couple of windy days and still felt cold, which is frustrating considering the price. I expected better insulation for what I paid, and at this point I feel like this is something the company should address because it really doesn’t live up to the way it’s presented

The response time was slow at first, which was frustrating and made me wish I’d known to follow up sooner. That said, they did eventually sort everything out and fix the issue, so I appreciate that they came through in the end

having paid for the expensive but good quality hat the elastic that keeps the hat fitted to your head snapped when I took the hat off. I bought the hat 5 weeks ago have worn it less thank 6 times .

Canada goose have informed me it is not covered under warranty and asked for my understanding!!!. Really! Be aware  a company charging these prices should replace a faulty item without question. 5 weeks old!

I really wanted to like this, but the fur trim sheds all over the place. It gets on my clothes, the floor, basically everything. Whoever runs this needs to pay more attention to the quality because it makes the whole thing feel cheap.
